Q1. What is a CLASSUM ‘User’?
Payment will be based only on the number of users in 'Active' spaces - users in 'Inactive' spaces will not be charged.
*Spaces can be switched between 'Active' and 'Inactive' at any time. In an 'Inactive' space, users can no longer write or edit, but can still read previous posts.
Q2. Does the price change when a user participates in more than one space?
The price remains the same. A single user can participate in multiple spaces.

Q1. What is the refund policy?
The refund request must be made within 5 days after the payment.
*You can get a full refund if there are no users in an 'Active' class other than the space owner.
